What results can I expect?

This programme is designed primarily for weight loss, but my nutritional protocols also deliver improvements to other areas of health including your digestion, immune system, energy, sleep, mood, PMS, peri/menopausal symptoms, skin, etc. Maintaining a healthy weight is also proven to reduce your risk of chronic disease including some cancers, heart disease, stroke and diabetes.


*However, I can’t and never will guarantee it will happen, as results will only happen if YOU take action and commit to the programme.

Is this programme right for me if I’m perimenopausal / menopausal?

Yes! This programme has been written for women over the age of 35, because the rules for weight loss change in midlife - calories matter, but hormones matter more.

Will I have to give up the foods I love?

I help women transform their health with personalised nutrition, BUT I can’t and never will guarantee you it will happen. Results will only happen if YOU take action.

I don’t have lots of time to plan or cook, can I still do the programme?

Working with me on a 1:1 basis enables me to write a nutritional plan just for you, so it’s not just based on your health needs, but also on your likes and dislikes, and takes into account your life. I do the planning, so you don’t need to. If you love cooking - great! If not, I’ll take that into account and we’ll keep it to a minimum.

How much 1:1 support / contact will I get?

It varies depending upon which level you choose - Bronze, Silver or Gold - from weekly sessions with unlimited WhatsApp contact to monthly sessions, for those who don’t need as much support or to be kept accountable. So you can choose, depending upon your needs.

What if I start it and can't continue?

We will talk in-depth about whether the programme is right for you before you commit to the 12 weeks, so you understand what commitment is needed and whether we are a good fit to work together.
